The project brief

The project brief form runs entirely in your browser. What you type is turned into a text brief on your own device and is not sent to Hermoso Technologies or anyone else. You decide whether to copy, download or share it.

The 3D-printing estimator

When you choose a model on the 3D-printing page, it is read and measured in your browser to work out the price. The file isn't uploaded or stored while you get an estimate.

Ordering a 3D print

When you continue to checkout, your model is uploaded to our private storage so we can check its price and print it. If you place the order, the file is kept with the order; if you don't, it is deleted after 30 days. Only our team can open it.

Your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and shipping address go to Argora Commerce, which runs our checkout, and to Stripe, which takes the payment. We use them to take payment, ship your order and contact you about it. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.

Stripe's payment form, shown only at checkout, sets its own cookies to prevent fraud. After you order, your browser keeps a key to your order (in its local storage, not a cookie) so you can open the order page again; nothing else is stored on your device.

When you contact us

If you send us your brief or write to us, we use what you send only to reply to you and to discuss your project. We don't sell or share it.
